In order to move a customer from the Consumer Edition to the Pro Edition you must do so not in a followup sequence but a ‘campaign’ in the campaign builder
The only way to stop it is to apply actions on
the record from a search, not from the contact record…
Then select Stop… then Funnels… then the name of the campaign
which in this case is probably consumer email download… some variant of that.
Then after you do that you have to go back to search and go thru the same steps
to STOP a campaign… select the Funnels which is where all of them are…
then start a Pro advisor campaign for downloads.
