BitDefender blocks app on Windows causing NilObjectException

SYMPTOM: YOu get the following NilObkectException on App.Event_Open



1). If PRO version make sure this file exists:

Documents\Retirement Savings Planner\Client Files\defaults.rp8

If it is not there, then the folder is probably set to Read Only which mean app is being blocked.

YOu must set the folder to NOT be read only and copy another version of defaults.rp8 over.

2). YOU THEN must unblock the app from BitDefender.  This video shows how:
