Do I Need To Update? – Torrid Tech Support Center

I'm not sure if I need an update. How do I find out which version number of the software I am using?

If you don't have the software open, then start it up and the version number is on the opening splash screen for both Windows and Mac versions.

IF you already have the software open:

If you're using the Windows Edition: Go to the HELP menu dropdown at the top of your screen (not the help button on the side). Come down to "About this software".

If you're using the Mac Edition: Click on the word RETIREMENTVIEW at the top of your screen. Then click on About This Software.

Before you download an update you must close your software.
