Sending data files to Torrid Tech's Customer Support...
If they need to send the file to us, they send an email and attached it.
For Personal and Couples editions, they attach this file:
My Documents\Torrid Technologies\Retirement Savings Planner\defaults.rp8
For Pro version, they attach the client file they created which should be under:
My Documents\Torrid Technologies\Retirement Savings Planner\Client Files
If sending to a client...
Pro-customers don't send the data file because client cannot do anything with it.
They can send a printout to the client. To do so they need to "print to PDF" format.
Instructions for doing that are in Zendesk.
