Checking Infusion and sending reports via Infusion

When someone orders a report that is suppose to be emailed to them- instructions:

These reports are emailed automatically after the order.

 

You can also check the customers emails in infusion to see if it went out.

 

To recap:

-          I pulled up his contact record

-          checked to make sure his email didn’t have an obvious typo

-          went to Tasks tab and then down to Email

-          clicked to View several emails until I found the one that emailed the report

-          I then forwarded that email to him again asking him to confirm receipt

-          He probably needs to be called bc I suspect the email is going into spam
