SYMPTOM: YOu get the following NilObjectException on App.Event_Open (see screenshot)
OR YOu get an error writing a table like "Error occurred writing table Investments" or "Infusions" when clicking Add to Plan on Investments or Cash Infusions or Special Expenses (don't have screenshot of that error).
SOLUTION:
1). If PRO version make sure this file exists:
Documents\Retirement Savings Planner\Client Files\defaults.rp8
If it is not there, then the folder is probably set to Read Only which mean app is being blocked.
YOu must set the folder to NOT be read only and copy another version of defaults.rp8 over.
2). YOU THEN must unblock the app from BitDefender. This video shows how:
