Error Popup: Can't Save File - Permissions Problem

ERROR: You get this error popping up that says "Can't create the new file. Could be permissions problem."  It looks like this popup below.

HOW TO FIX IT:

Go under Settings... Default Data folder at bottom...

On that screen click the top radio button "Use Default Open/Save Location".

Make sure the check box "Ask to update default location" is checked.

Then click the Reset button on the right to reset the default open/save location.



Then try to create a file or open a file etc. and see if you still have trouble.
