Saving Various Scenarios

I am using the couples retirement planner and, of course, there are multiple scenarios that are potentially viable. What is the best way to save these multiple scenarios to compare them at a later time? Does one just have to print them out or transfer to another program for later viewing or is there a way to save various data files to pull up later? Simple is best; if you have various options, I would appreciate hearing them.

Thank you in advance for your assistance.

Hi Steve,

The program does not let you save separate files. It's a long story as to the reason why.... Anyway, If you go to investments, infusions and expenses there is a checkbox on the left side... if the row is checked and the value is non-zero it will be included. If unchecked it will be left out of the calculations.... this allows you to play a lot of what if scenarios even if you have a lot of detailed items on those screens.

If you decide you want to use printouts to store drastically different setups, we would recommend you installing a PDF printer and you can print to digital pdf output and not burn up as much paper and ink.
Go to the knowledge base at torridtech.zendesk.com and search for "pdf printer" and there are some low cost as well as free options if that would be useful to you.

Also another idea... ALT-Printscreen captures a snapshot of the current window... if you have Word, you can Ctrl-V paste that snapshot into Word or Powerpoint... and type a short note about that scenario... this would allow you to try 2, 3, 4 different scenarios and store the income graph snapshot with notes about each one....
