When I open my software, none of my clients show up. How do I get the files back into the program?

Dennis,
THis typically happens when someone "cleans up" or "re-organizes" their Documents or My Documents folder. The client files are stored in this location:
My Documents\Torrid Technologies\Retirement Savings Planner\Client Files
I have seen this happen where the Torrid Technologies folder is moved to some other folder or even deleted. And under there is Client Files....
Do a hard drive search for "Client Files" as a folder name and see if you can find it.
