INSTRUCTIONS:
Pro data files are in the Client Files folder
C:\Documents and Settings\Username\Documents\Torrid Technologies\Retirement Savings Planner\Client Files
Make sure that when you do “File Open” it is going to the above location.
Does that folder exist on your hard drive?
We have had people “clean up and organize” their documents and that makes the client files impossible to find by the program.
