Hi,
When I purchased and registered my software I typed in the correct month
and day but typed in 1954 vs. 1951 for myself, and 1956 vs. 1953 for my
wife. That of course effects everything else in our plan. Is it
possible to change our birth year of both of us in our program ?

Dear Mr. Joyce,
We can certainly help with the birth year issues. I have included the directions for changing the birth date year, so please let us know if you have any further issues.
This solution is for when you have to redo your names and/or birthdates because you entered them incorrectly.
1). Change the information and 2). Request a new Activation Key.
- run the software
- go to main screen;
- then click the Purchase MENU at the top and the User Information menu item
- this will bring up the registration info with your names and birthdates
- you will then need to DOUBLE CLICK the labels to the left of each box to open up the box for editing. For example, if you double click on the label "Your First Name" (not the box but the label to the left of the box), then the box will open up for you to change it.
So you need to go there and change all those boxes for the names and birthdates... then hit OK to save it. Then EXIT the software. Run the software again. This insures the new Software ID is re-calculated. You can then try the original Activation Key you were given. If that doesn't work use the Purchase menu "Request Activation Key" function. Click the blue link under STEP2 to go the web form. Fill it out and submit the key request form.
We can then email you your Activation Key.
