How would I model rental property, some with a mortgage and some without?

Model rental property income using Cash Infusions. Duration would be the number of years of rental income coming in. If selling the property, then have the rentals duration set to run up until the age your client sells it.
If you want to model the rental property being sold, then also use Cash Infusions. You would do that as a Duration =1 lumpsum at a specific age. Enter the net after mortgages value as the value.
