Unsure which to buy-personal and couple version. Husband and wife will receive individual Social Security checks, all investments accounts are joint. Please advice. Thanks.
IF you have IRAs or 401ks and you are of different ages, then Couples edition will calculate your Required Minimum Distributions base don your individual birthdates.
If you need to track Social Security or Pensions separately, then you need the Couples edition.
If you are the same age and all joint accounts, and can just combine Social Security into one amount (i.e. you are already getting it and know how much, or have an estimate if not yet retired), then you could probably use the Personal Edition.
