I tried to down load the spreadshettto excel. I got the following message
Export to Excel there is a problem 462: The remote server machine does not exist or is unavailable, Do you have Microsoft Excel installed.
I have download tthe spreadsheet successfully in July and several times a year of the last few years. What is the problem.

Hi Richard,
If you have tried to call we have not received any messages from you in our support voicemail or any other voicemail we can find. If you try to call and don't leave a message, we don't like cull the caller id and call people back. Just leave a message and the next person will respond.
As for your issue, we have not heard of that before. A few questions:
- what version of windows are you using?
- what version of office/excel is it? i.e. 2003, 2007 or 2010
- is excel indeed still installed?
- try opening excel and then trying to export out to it with it open... see if that makes any difference.
Please answer the above so we can research the problem before we try to call you.
