Do I need old software installed to renew or upgrade?
No. You can start fresh on a new computer with the latest version.
We check our database to see that you had indeed ordered that product before prior to sending you your activation key, but "no" you don't need the actuall old version installed and working to qualify for the reduced upgrade price.
