In a handful of rare cases, we have seen computers whose graphics cards are so slow that the File menu gets captured when hitting Print Detailed Report... and then is shown as a ghosted image on top of the Retirement Income Graph in the printout...
The EASY workaround for this is to use the keyboard shortcut Ctrl+P to instigate your Print Detailed Report. Using the keyboard shortcut does not trigger or show the contents of the File Menu. It calls the menu item directly and thus eliminates this ghosting issue entirely.
Below is a sample of what this problem looks like on the printout.
NOTE: in a couple of cases the computer was using a generic graphics card driver rather than the one provided by the manufacturer of the graphics card. Updating that driver to the correct driver may also solve the problem.
