Hello
In the Professional version, I am having an issue when entering in 100% in the built in estimate , no number comes up for the customer. Why is this happening? I want the program to generate the Social Security estimate for me.

When there is no Annual Job Income, then the software cannot build a Soc Sec estimate. This occurs if they are already retired. Anyone already retired will know their Soc Sec estimated benefit amount, so you should get the amount from the client.
When the client is over age 60, the program will not build an estimate because they are too close to getting their SS they should know the estimate from the SSA and you should NOT use the built-in estimate.
The built-in estimate is more appropriate for someone 8-10 + years away from retirement and you want to include something quick to get going. YOU SHOULD STILL ASK THE CLIENT about their SSA estimate because it will always be more accurate than our algorithm because the SSA real estimate is based on actual earnings history, where the RSP estimate is based on a simulated 35 year earnings history.
