general help including:
determining correct shortcut on desktop; where to save clients for future use
The most recent shortcut should say RetirementView 2013.
it is lime green and red. If you see any for 2012 or earlier years, then delete them.
As for saving clients, the program automatically defaults to save them in Documents or My Documents depending on what version of windows you are on. Then later when you do File - Open Client it defaults to the same location.
