Microsoft has been doing stuff to hammer certain apps that are not built using their latest .NET libraries and technology. Here is a document that explains how to fix this problem for our software.
The problem occurs usually when you start up the program and it immediately crashes and says "The Application has stopped working".
THis will add our App to the DEP exception list. DEP is the new windows program that hammers the old apps.
