Decompression error on install

Symptoms:

In Windows 7, When installing program, windows reports a decompression error and lists one of the files it is trying to install.

Cause:

Folder we are installing to is corrupted.

Solution:

Open Windows explorer to look at your hard drive.

Go check this location:

My Documents\Torrid Technologies\Retirement Savings Planner\Client Files

I was traversing the windows tree where It said it was getting a decompression error .. and I hit the above Client Files folder and the OS came back and said “Corrupted Folder .. “ and something to the effect of running scandisk...  after that I just renamed to the folder to park the contents and ran the re-install
