Hello,
Shirley A. will have the software installed on two computers and she would like to know if when somebody makes changes one the software on one of the computers, will the other person on the other computer be able to view these changes. She wants to know if there is a way that you can save and share versions or if she has to archive the different copies. Please assist.

No the data is stored in an individual files. If you save on one computer, it does not automagically appear on the other one. You would have to manually copy the file from one computer to another and open it on the 2nd software.
