Originally from ticket #10588.
I need help finding my files in the PROFESSIONAL edition of RetirementView software. This happened once before and was an easy fix.

SOLUTION:
We did a Join.me to his desktop and when you do File - Open it was defaulting to the desktop.
Thus he couldn't find his client files.
On Windows 7 and 8, the retirement client files are stored by default into this path:
Documents\Torrid Technologies\Retirement Savings Planner\Client Files
When you accidentally saved one to the Desktop Windows 8 reset the default
file save path for the app. So store the above path somewhere in case that happens again.
After doing this Dan was now able to continue using the world's best retirement planning software!
