PROBLEM:
this is making no sense to me.... I have loaded software successfully on my 2 computers but I am unable to load software on my laptop which is microsoft 8 and its telling me that this App can't run on my PC. I needan application that can run your software on my laptop that has microsoft 8
The problem s that I can't even get to use the activation number. My laptop is telling me that I need a app to run download. I get this message the minute I try to download. Is this making any sense?

ANSWER:
Customer has a Windows Tablet that is running Windows RT that only allows you to install apps from the Windows 8 store. Our software is not in the Windows 8 store right now.
If you have such a tablet, your best bet is to get a GoToMyPC.com subscription and using internet access on tablet, remote back into windows desktop. Start up RetirementView, size to tablet screen, and proceed to use software as usual. In this way you can at least use it on your tablet with clients.
