In this situation, customer was happy with Couples edition of the Retirement View software,
but bought RetirementView personal edition to run a plan for his mother-in-law.
Mother in law does not have own computer. Allan was putting Retirement View on his existing computer.
How do I install 2nd copy on the same computer, but keep registration and data separate?
ANSWER:
On your computer, create a NEW USER ACCOUNT in Windows
for Linda….
You create a New User Account by clicking on the Windows Start button,
then Control Panel, then go to Users.
Go in there and create a new User account.
After that click Start - Switch User or Log Off then Switch User.
Go into the new user account you created.
Now download and install personal edition (or whichever one you are trying to install) from this page:

Then request an activation key from inside that running version.Make sure to use the name and email you put on the purchase for your mother-in-law so it does not get confused with your prior purchase activation key.
