Customer Mike T. called in today because he is not able to print out the full reports in color. I already gave him the suggestions we have on the Forum and Knowledge Base and he called back stating it is still not working for him.

Just to recap most of the "Detailed Report" is in black and white except the graphs.
Here is the PDF printing article... you can use that for "print preview" and also to send clients. Read this article and it has links to several PDF printing tools. The Docutrack tool is the best for about $24.

Great idea about coloring the spreadsheet... at the very least we should make the shortfall numbers in red... and also look into a setting where you could make it all in color if you want.
