Can you please help me with this issue? I keep getting the attached message often. Once I get this message, it locks me out and I have to re-boot. Can you please help me resolve this? Thanks
ANSWER:
Rola was having the Invalid Type Mismatch error. This occurs on the Investments, Cash Infusions or Special Expenses screens due to a bug in the grid control.
SOLUTION 1: Do not delete a value and just tab or click off. This causes the error. Instead always enter a ZERO (0) to clear a value. This avoids the problem entirely.
SOLUTION 2: If you do get the error the software will lock up in an infinite loop. At this point you need to hit CTRL-ALT-DELETE and open your Task Manager. Once there find the application, select it and click "End Task". Unfortunately if you were working on a file the data would be lost.
