QUESTION:
IN trying to update to the 2015 version, I found that all I can do is bounce back and forth between 2013.3 and 2014.1. I have to close the "open" program in Task Manager every time I try to update.
Another symptom is installer keeps telling you you "have to close the running program to continue the install".
Answer:
After you launch the installer onto first screen…
go into background and exit the RetirementView.
If that doesn’t work, then exit the software and
then go to this page and install PRO version
from there (instead of using the built-in AppUpdate).
