The program is acting as if I had no subscription, but I am paid up through 7/2016.
PROBLEM:
Running it in VMWare on a Mac using Windows XP Professional
Type 13 type mismatch MSWID Torrid error code 3
-- then he enters activation key and then gets.
runtime error subscript out of range
SOLUTION:
I remoted into his computer and noticed that the date on lower right of the screen was in Arabic. This meant his Regional Settings was set to Arabic which cause havoc on the date math in the program. The program ONLY works in English - United States.
To fix you have to go into Windows -> Control Panel -> Regional Settings and set it back to English - United States.
