Printed Report - Advisor Name Change

Q:  My name is printing out on the printed report in all lowercase. How do I fix that?

 

A:  You need to change it inside the USER INFORMATION.

 

How to do that:

  1. Go to Purchase > User Information
  2. Click on the BLACK TYPE that says "Your First Name" this will unlock the field in the box
  3. Click inside the box and change the name to capitals.
  4. Do the same for your last name.
  5. This WILL change your software ID# and require you to get a new Activation Key. Just click  Purchase > Request New Activation Key. We usually get those out to you quickly. OR you can call us 888.333.5095.
