Q: My name is printing out on the printed report in all lowercase. How do I fix that?
A: You need to change it inside the USER INFORMATION.
How to do that:
- Go to Purchase > User Information
- Click on the BLACK TYPE that says "Your First Name" this will unlock the field in the box
- Click inside the box and change the name to capitals.
- Do the same for your last name.
- This WILL change your software ID# and require you to get a new Activation Key. Just click Purchase > Request New Activation Key. We usually get those out to you quickly. OR you can call us 888.333.5095.
