Windows Beta issues

Here is a list of outstanding issues related to same project but for Windows:

1. When I open the program it does not recognize the investments until I open the investments entry screen and click on Add to Plan. Then we are fine. I would guess that this is tied in with the fact that the investment totals do not transfer properly to all fields and tabs on the main screen. (Mark Beers) - (fixed in 2012.3 BETA 4f)
