I purchased couples MAC version. When .dmg was fully loaded it did not kick to the next step. In fact, I may have loaded it twice, but still can't implement. Help?

Sorry that is not as intuitive as it should be.....
There are 2 possibilities...
1). It is telling you you cannot open the file because it is not signed and not from the app store.
If that is the case, then you need to disable the sandboxing at least long enough to get the file running.
If that is the case... go to this article and see screenshots on how to fix:
Or 2). You have double clicked the DMG... but after that you have to open a Finder window... and find the image that appears on the left hand side
of the Finder window.... then click that image... then double click the .pkg package file. This web page has screenshots and detailed ste-by-step for that situation:
